Ingredients 2 cups sugar, softened 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, divided 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Directions Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour two 9 x 13 inch baking sheets with cooking spray.
Using an electric mixer, beat sugar, cocoa powder and salt on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Add cream, cream cheese, cornstarchy mixture and vanilla.
Mix until combined.
Slowly add heavy cream, mixing until incorporated.
Add butter and stir until well combined.
Scoop batter into prepared baking sheets and bake until set, 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
